Nitin Gambhir

Founder

Nitin Gambhir is the founder of Tethys group of companies.  Mr. Gambhir is also the founder and chairman of Oceanus Securities. Nitin has been a passionate supporter of art both as a collector and a sponsor.   The Tethys Art platform was created to promote his two passions: Transformative Art and art genre explorations. Nitin collects and supports Transformative Art that is unafraid, breaks boundaries and is likely to actuate and sustain innovation.  Nitin is also deeply interested in exploring the interplay between disparate artists and art genres and uncovering the connections that bind and connect them. 

Nitin has a Bachelors from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Masters from Yale University. He is a member of the board of several charitable organizations. He is passionate about charitable efforts promoting art, education and governance.

Elena Ulansky

Co-Founder

Elena Ulansky is a managing partner at The Gorlin Companies, a single-family office, with more than 40 years of experience in investing and building companies. In addition, Ms Ulansky is a director of partner relations at Capital Geneve, a private swiss investment company. Elena is involved in the world of fine art, both from the standpoint of a creator of artworks and helping to promote young upcoming artists. Elena is a draftswoman, printmaker and painter. 

Elena received an MFA at the New York Academy of Art and MF from Moscow State Linguistic University. Elena is supporting several charitable efforts focused on facilitation of exchange in resources and information, to create new sources of income in “underprivileged” communities.

Indira Cesarine

Curatorial Advisor | Director of Strategy

Indira Cesarine is a multidisciplinary artist, curator, and founder of The Untitled Space art gallery, editor-in-chief / publisher of The Untitled Magazine, as well as founder of Art4Equality. Since launching The Untitled Space gallery in 2015, she has curated over 40 exhibitions and has exhibited artwork by more than 450 artists. She has partnered with a number of foundations including The Watermill Center, ARTWALK NY benefiting the Coalition for the Homeless, SaveArtSpace, ERA Coalition, and Gabrielle's Angel Foundation among many others. Her exhibitions have been featured internationally in numerous publications including American Vogue, Vogue Italia, Forbes, Newsweek, W Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, and The New York Times among many others.

A graduate of Columbia University with a triple major in Art History, French and Women’s Studies, Cesarine additionally studied at Parson’s School of Design, International Center of Photography, School of Visual Arts, Art Students League, and the New York Academy of Art. She explores her creative vision vis-à-vis traditional and new mediums and finds strength in examining new ideas in contemporary culture.

Ludovica Capobianco

Curatorial Advisor | Director of Operations

Ludovica Capobianco is an art advisor and curator based in New York and the founder of Ludovica Capobianco Art Consulting, an art advisory firm specialized in Postwar and Contemporary Art. Ludovica has a well-rounded career in the art world, having worked both in well-known international art galleries in New York and in Milan, and in the art finance field, before opening her own firm in 2019. She has extensive experience curating exhibitions with various entities, from galleries to institutions to art fairs, and worked as contributor for international art magazines. 

Ludovica has a Master in “Economy and Management of Art and Culture” from Bocconi University in Milan and attended a post-graduate course in Art Business at Christie’s Education in NY.
